About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is procuring a Motor, Coupling, High Speed Assembly (Part Number 2099308) through this purchase order opportunity. The procurement is managed by DART in Dallas County, Texas, with proposals due by June 19, 2026. Vendors must submit bids through the BONFIRE registration system and access the BidTable to view complete project details and specifications. All bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall quoted price. Delivery time and rate are essential to the order, and vendors must meet specified delivery schedules or face rejection and default termination. Vendors are required to provide supplies of merchantable quality suitable for intended use and covered by the most favorable commercial warranties offered to any customer. Prior to delivery, vendors must perform or arrange for inspections and tests to verify that supplies conform to all drawings, specifications, and technical requirements outlined in the procurement documents.

The procurement documents do not identify specific set-aside designations or restrictions limiting which organizations may respond; however, all vendors must certify compliance with Texas law requirements, including verification that they are not identified on the Texas Comptroller's list of companies with foreign terrorist organization ties and must confirm they do not boycott Israel during the contract term. DART's standard payment terms are Net 30, with invoices paid 30 days from receipt of invoice or 30 days from order receipt, whichever is later, and all invoices must be submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org with required documentation including purchase order number, item number, description, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. No incumbent vendors, current contractors, or specific award values or budget ranges are disclosed in the available procurement materials. The agreement is governed by Texas law with exclusive venue in Dallas County, and all terms and conditions are outlined in the complete Purchase Order Terms and Conditions PDF available in the supporting documentation section.
