About this opportunity
Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority is soliciting quotes for modular Moxa managed Ethernet equipment (Bonfire Solicitation 2099361), with quotes due May 28, 2026.
Access to bid details and the response table requires Bonfire registration and initiation of the "Prepare Your Submission" process in-browser. The scope and technical specifications are not detailed in the publicly visible portion of this notice; vendor details and project requirements appear only within the gated Bonfire system.
All purchase orders are subject to DART's standard Terms and Conditions. Shipping must be FOB Destination with freight cost included in the overall price; DART does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add terms. Delivery timing and rate are material to the order — failure to meet specified delivery schedules constitutes grounds for rejection and default termination. Payment terms are Net 30 from the later of invoice receipt or purchase order receipt. Invoices must be submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org and include purchase order number, item number, description, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. DART retains the right to make written changes with equitable cost or schedule adjustments, to terminate for convenience, and to inspect deliverables for specification compliance. Risk of loss remains with the seller until delivery and acceptance unless caused by DART negligence. Vendors must comply with Texas law, equal opportunity provisions, commercial warranty standards, and certifications regarding foreign terrorist organizations and Israeli boycotts.
