Hillsborough County has established an inspirational Small Business Encouragement Program participation goal of 10%, and proposers utilizing registered SBE firms must submit the SBE-2 Form requesting bonus points, with all named SBEs required to be registered with either Hillsborough County or possess reciprocal registration with another jurisdiction as specified in the solicitation, along with executed Letters of Intent. All proposers must comply with E-Verify requirements, provide proof of legally authorized workforce documentation, adhere to IMAGE best practices, and submit professional services certification in Engineering.
