Task Orders carry fixed fees for Basic Services and hourly rates for Additional Services, as set out in each Task Order and Exhibit C. Required coverage is $1 million per occurrence each for Professional Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Business Automobile Liability, plus Texas-required workers' compensation. Payment is due within thirty days of service completion under the Texas Prompt Payment Law. The agreement is governed by Texas law with exclusive venue in Williamson County courts. Respondents must certify statutory verifications regarding boycotts of Israel, energy companies, and firearm entities, and disclose conflicts under Texas Local Government Code Chapter 176.

The anticipated agreement award is April 2027, with the Professional Services Agreement commencing upon City Council approval. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, split awards, or issue additional requests for qualifications.
