Compensation for basic services is set per Task Order on a unit-price basis, capped at each Task Order's stated not-to-exceed amount. Reimbursable expenses are generally included in the basic services fee unless agreed otherwise in writing. Additional services bill at the engineer's standard hourly rates in Exhibit C. Invoices are submitted no more than monthly and paid within 30 days of approval.
