The City does not guarantee any minimum dollar amount or order quantities during the contract term.
The contract term is one year with four optional one-year renewal periods; the City may extend beyond renewals with written approval by both parties. All materials are tax exempt under Nebraska state law. Contractors must carry insurance with ACORD certificate and required endorsements submitted at contract execution.
Compliance submissions include the Foreign Adversary Contracting Prohibition Act form, Employee Classification Act Affidavit, U.S. Citizenship Attestation Form (if applicable), and a Certificate of Good Standing from the Nebraska Secretary of State. Questions are due June 3, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time.
