Pricing must be submitted as net cost per box of 100 gloves with transportation fully prepaid and FOB destination; no surcharges are permitted regardless of payment method. The State is exempt from federal, state, and local taxes and requests quotations without tax charges. The initial contract period runs from February 15, 2023 through February 14, 2024, with three optional one-year renewal periods extending through February 14, 2027. Awards may be made to multiple vendors if deemed in the State's best interest.

The State will evaluate quotations on a best value basis, considering product conformity to specifications, delivery timeframe, and lowest price among conforming bids. Bidders' questions must be submitted through the AdvantageME Vendor Self Service system no later than 48 hours prior to the closure date. Selected vendors must accept state procurement card payments, submit quarterly sales reports, and provide samples upon request at no charge to the State.
