The scope consists of 30-minute chair massage sessions at five Professional Conference and Information Sharing (PCIS) events across three geographic regions — the Columbia/Jefferson City/Camdenton/Lake Ozark area (August and October 2026, May 2027); St. Louis area (November 2026); and Kansas City area (February 2027). The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and supplies for service delivery.
The contract period runs August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027, with the Department holding the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. Suppliers must submit firm, fixed pricing for massage therapy services per event and self-healing demonstrations per session for the original contract period and both renewal periods. Invoicing is due within 10 business days after each scheduled conference.
The contractor is designated as a Business Associate under HIPAA and must maintain adequate liability insurance covering medical services rendered. The contractor assumes all legal and financial responsibility for personnel, insurance, and background checks. Compliance requirements include E-Verify federal work authorization participation (if applicable under Missouri law), federal debarment certification, anti-discrimination against Israel certification, Missouri tax compliance, and Missouri Secretary of State business registration.
