All prevailing wage and minimum wage laws apply, and bidders must certify OSHA training completion and comply with all public works requirements.

Proposals must remain valid for 45 days following submittal. Written questions are due August 6 at 2:00 p.m. EST, with responses posted by August 10. Award notification is targeted for August 17. The BPHC reserves discretion to modify dates, adjust trip frequency, and increase or decrease barge services as necessary and will not compensate vendors for weather-related or other cancellations.
