No set-asides or local preferences are identified.
The scope includes cold-plane removal of approximately 37,200 square yards of pavement at various depths; placement of 6,500 tons of Level 4 asphalt concrete pavement with PG70-22ER binder; longitudinal pavement markings totaling 21,500 linear feet; and installation of 12 disabled parking legends and 6 arrow legends. Liquidated damages are $500 per day for failure to meet the substantial completion date.
The project estimate is $925,000 to $950,000, funded through state resources. The estimated contract term spans from notice to proceed through final completion on August 30, 2026. Bidders must be registered with Oregon's Construction Contractors Board (CCB), comply with prevailing wage rates for BOLI Region 8, and submit bid security equal to 10 percent of the bid amount.
