The procurement appears to have no specific set-aside designations or restrictions on respondent types, and no incumbent vendor information is provided. The bid is open to electrical contractors who can demonstrate capability to execute the fire alarm system replacement. While no specific budget range is listed, the project involves a comprehensive fire alarm system upgrade at a university dining hall, suggesting a moderate-scale infrastructure investment. The procurement process emphasizes transparency and accessibility through the ARIBA Sourcepoint platform, which provides bid privacy, security, and supplier confidentiality. The project is located in Warren County, Pennsylvania, and is being managed by Commonwealth University's Mansfield Campus. Potential bidders should carefully review the complete bid package available on the ARIBA platform and ensure they meet the technical specifications and installation requirements for modern fire alarm systems.
