Design and structural calculations must be sealed by a Colorado-licensed Professional Engineer to align with specifications in Exhibit A. The manufacturer is responsible for all design engineering, shop drawings, structural calculations, welder certifications, welding procedures, and fabrication. Delivery is anticipated prior to November 2026. Installation of the bridge and railings will be performed under a separate contract.

The initial contract period runs approximately September 7, 2026 through February 28, 2027 (5 months), with the County retaining the right to renew for two additional one-year periods contingent upon annual funding appropriation and satisfaction with work performed. All pricing shall be firm and fixed. Payment terms are Net 30, with F.O.B. Destination for all deliveries. The County offers a ten-year warranty on the steel structure against design, material, and workmanship defects from the delivery date. Bidders must provide proof of required liability insurance, including Workers' Compensation coverage as mandated by Colorado law. Contract award is anticipated for September 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing/BidNet System.
