About this opportunity
Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) has issued a procurement opportunity for a LUBRICATOR, FILTER, REGULATOR, CUTOUT, ASSY, EXIT DO component, referenced as bid 2096438, located in Dallas County, Texas. The procurement requires Bonfire registration to access full bidding details, with proposals due by December 3, 2025. Vendors must submit bids reflecting FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in overall pricing, emphasizing that DART does not typically accept alternative shipping arrangements. The procurement specifically seeks technical components, likely for transit infrastructure maintenance or equipment upgrades. All bids must adhere to DART's purchase order terms and conditions, with critical performance expectations around delivery timelines and rates. Failure to meet specified delivery schedules could result in order rejection and potential default termination. Vendors must prepare invoices in triplicate, submitted to APInvoices@dart.org, containing detailed information including purchase order number, item number, description, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals.
While specific set-aside designations are not explicitly detailed in the available documentation, the procurement follows standard municipal contracting protocols. Payment terms are established as Net 30, with invoices processed 30 days from receipt or order completion. The contract appears focused on acquiring specific technical components without clear indication of incumbent vendors or existing infrastructure integration requirements. No specific budget range or award value is explicitly stated in the provided materials. Potential vendors must demonstrate technical capability to provide the specified lubricator, filter, regulator, and cutout assembly components, with a strong emphasis on precise delivery performance and comprehensive documentation. Interested suppliers should carefully review the complete purchase order terms and conditions PDF, which provides additional details about contract expectations and compliance requirements.
