The incumbent contractor is Professional Lock and Key under contract SPP 231426. Personnel must wear identifiable uniforms and University-issued vendor ID cards. Materials may be furnished by either the University or the contractor at manufacturer's suggested industrial pricing less the contract discount; cost-plus-percentage-of-cost pricing is prohibited.
