About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting bids for the procurement of LOCITE Retaining Compound in 50 ml / 1.7 oz containers through a purchase order mechanism posted on March 16, 2026, with a response deadline of March 23, 2026. This is a straightforward goods procurement requiring vendors to submit bids through the Bonfire registration system, where detailed specifications and bid tables are accessible upon initiating the submission process. All bids and quotes must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price, as DART does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add arrangements. Delivery timing and rates are critical to this procurement, with the contracting officer authorized to reject bids and terminate orders in default for failure to meet specified delivery schedules. Payment will be made on Net 30 terms, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org containing the purchase order number, item descriptions, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. Invoices will be paid 30 days from receipt of the invoice or 30 days from receipt of the order, whichever is later, unless alternative terms have been agreed upon in writing.

The procurement documents provided do not specify set-aside designations, restrictions on responding organizations, disadvantaged enterprise requirements, incumbent vendors, or award value ranges. No information regarding minority-owned, women-owned, disabled veteran-owned, or other socioeconomic set-asides is detailed in the available materials. Similarly, no incumbent contractors, existing vendor relationships, or technology integration requirements are identified in the posted opportunity. Interested vendors should review the complete Purchase Order Terms and Conditions document available in the supporting documentation section and contact DART directly through the Bonfire platform for clarification on any unstated procurement parameters, budget allocations, or specific quantity requirements.
