The scope is access to the LinkedIn Learning platform for a three-year term, priced for 4,579 full-time employees across all three years. The platform must include over 10,500 English-language courses and 25,000+ courses across seven native-language libraries, with 13 interface languages and subtitles in 46 languages. Additional requirements include customizable content upload, mobile responsiveness with native apps, learner management dashboards with engagement metrics, career insights, and Learning Management System integration with Single Sign-On authentication. No additional charges may apply for integrations, implementations, support, or mobile access.
Responses require a Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire, SFL 139 forms, ST-220-CA, current NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability insurance certificates, and acknowledgment of SUNY Exhibit A Standard Contract Clauses and Exhibit A-1 Affirmative Action Clauses.
