The contractor must provide pickup and delivery every Tuesday and Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., excluding state holidays, with clean laundry delivered on the next scheduled pickup day. All services must comply with CDC standards for infection control, including proper partitioning of dirty and clean areas, hot-water washing, appropriate chemical use, and infectious-disease linen handling.
The contract runs from award date through one year with two optional renewal periods. Historical expenditures were $20,032.64 in FY24, $2,379.81 in FY25, and $52,026.70 in FY26. Pricing must be submitted on a firm, fixed basis per line item per delivery for the initial contract period and two potential renewal periods.
The contractor must maintain adequate liability insurance, pass background security clearances, comply with state and federal work-authorization requirements including E-Verify enrollment if applicable, maintain ten-year post-contract records, and provide quarterly pH and filtration reports and annual Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement reports if available. The contractor assumes responsibility for all shortages or damaged items.
