About this opportunity
The Santa Clara Stadium Authority is requesting proposals for a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment of Levi's Stadium, a large-scale professional sports and entertainment venue in Santa Clara, California, with proposals due September 11, 2026, and a mandatory pre-proposal conference on August 18, 2026.
The scope is a visual, non-destructive assessment of the stadium's buildings, structures, systems, equipment, site improvements, and supporting infrastructure—including public assembly areas, premium spaces, back-of-house areas, technology systems, security systems, life-safety systems, vertical transportation, utilities, and site infrastructure. The assessment will identify deficiencies, estimate remaining useful life, provide planning-level cost information, and support long-term capital planning and asset management. The Stadium Authority intends to award a single prime consultant responsible for managing all required disciplines and subconsultants.
Proposers must meet minimum qualifications: completion of at least three facility condition assessment or comparable projects within the past seven years, and inclusion of either a California-licensed Professional Engineer or California-licensed Architect on the team. The proposed Project Manager must have at least five years of experience managing similar multidisciplinary facility assessment projects.
The anticipated contract term is three years, with possible extensions as necessary. The cost proposal must include a not-to-exceed amount with task-by-task cost breakdowns, detailed fee schedules, and all anticipated costs including labor, subconsultant expenses, travel, per diem, and out-of-pocket expenses. California retail sales tax and federal excise tax should not be included.
Evaluation criteria weight Company Information, Experience & Qualifications and Technical Capability equally at 50 percent each, with Proposal Responsiveness as a pass/fail requirement. The Stadium Authority reserves the right to conduct oral presentations and request Best and Final Offers with finalist proposers. Questions are due August 21, 2026. RSVP for the pre-proposal conference is required by August 11, 2026. Proposals will be submitted through BidNet Direct.
