Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder based on best value to the State, considering quality, conformity with specifications, delivery date, and ultimate cost. The LCD3215 is a 32-inch widescreen 720p display with DVI-Digital, VGA, S-Video, Component, and Composite inputs, stereo audio, 800:1 contrast ratio, 9ms pixel response time, 140-watt operation, and a 3-year limited manufacturer warranty. The PX332 is a Digital Vision Touch interactive whiteboard overlay (36 3/4 by 24 3/4 by 2 3/8 inches, 52 pounds) featuring optical sensors for tool detection, SMART Notebook software, a pen tray with four color pens and eraser, anti-glare polyester surface, and a 2-year limited warranty. The PX332 requires secure wall or floor-stand mounting and operates within 41°F to 95°F at up to 80 percent humidity.
Bidders must submit separate unit prices on prescribed forms, including all trade or quantity discounts and prepaid transportation charges. Cash discounts of 20 days or more are considered in determining lowest bid; discounts under 20 days will not be considered. The State is exempt from Federal and Maine State Sales and Use Taxes. Bids must be sealed and received at Room 119, 9 State House Station, State Office Building, Augusta, Maine prior to the closing deadline. Delivery is required to Supreme Corporation at 2581 East Kercher Road, Goshen, Indiana and to the Maine Warden Service at 19 Village Street, Greenville, Maine. The Division of Purchases reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive formalities, adjust quantities by up to 10 percent, and award items individually or as a group.
