Price increases are prohibited during the first twelve months of the contract; any increase thereafter requires written justification based on industry-wide price changes and approval by the Commonwealth. The specific award value or budget range for this procurement is not disclosed in the available documentation; however, the Commonwealth reserves the right to cancel the RFB if responses exceed available funding.
