Payment adjustments apply for asphalt cements, gasoline, diesel fuel, and steel when monthly price indices exceed the base price by more than 5 percent. Mandatory electronic payroll submission using AASHTOWare Civil Rights & Labor Software is required, and compliance with Section 102.14 of the 2026 Louisiana Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges applies.
