All greige goods must be domestic finish only with finishing mill identification required. Minimum order quantities range from 4,000 to 25,000 yards by item. Pricing is net F.O.B. destination, fully prepaid by the contractor and includes all customs, duties, and charges. The first six months are fixed; thereafter, price adjustments occur every six months based on the Producer Price Index for greige broad woven fabrics. Guaranteed delivery is 45 days for Lot I remaining orders and 30 days for Lot II remaining orders. Award will be made by grand total bid for minimum order for each lot to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
