About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting competitive bids for the procurement of a Kit Pendant, Axis T94N0 1D (Contract #2098543) through this purchase order opportunity in Dallas County, Texas. The solicitation was posted on March 31, 2026, with a bid due date of April 7, 2026. Bidders must register in the BONFIRE system to access complete project details and the BidTable, where vendors will input their pricing and responses. The procurement requires FOB Destination shipping terms with all freight costs included in the quoted price, and delivery timelines are considered essential to contract performance, with failure to meet specified delivery schedules constituting grounds for rejection and default termination. All invoices must be submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org and include the purchase order number, item number, detailed descriptions, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. Payment will be rendered on Net 30 terms calculated from the later of invoice receipt or order receipt date, unless alternative payment arrangements are documented in writing.

The solicitation documents do not indicate specific set-aside designations, disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) restrictions, or limitations on vendor eligibility based on organizational type. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in the available documentation, and no specific budget range or award value is disclosed in the posted materials. All vendors are required to comply with DART's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, which mandate certification of non-association with designated Foreign Terrorist Organizations and commitment to non-boycott policies of Israel. Disputes arising from the procurement will be resolved through the Contracting Officer's written decision, which may be appealed to DART within 30 days, with all matters governed by Texas law and adjudicated in Dallas County courts. Prospective bidders should obtain and review the complete Purchase Order Terms and Conditions document available in the Supporting Documentation section prior to submission.
