The contract opportunity does not explicitly specify set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged enterprises based on the provided documentation. Payment terms are standardized at Net 30, with invoices to be submitted to APInvoices@dart.org in triplicate. Vendors must provide commercial warranties confirming product quality and suitability for intended use. The procurement is governed by Texas law, with any legal venue situated in Dallas County. While specific award value or budget range is not detailed in the available information, the opportunity requires vendors to adhere to strict terms and conditions, including equal opportunity employment provisions and certifications regarding foreign terrorist organization affiliations and Israel boycotts.
