About this opportunity
The state and local contract opportunity is issued by Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) for a specific procurement of KEYLOCK, LH ASSY., A & B end INTERIOR, with the solicitation identified by reference number 2096130. The procurement is focused on acquiring specific transit vehicle components, with bids due on October 23, 2025. Potential vendors must complete Bonfire registration to access comprehensive bid details and project specifications. All submissions must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms, with freight costs integrated into the overall pricing. DART emphasizes that delivery timing and rates are critical, with failure to meet specified delivery parameters potentially resulting in order rejection or default termination. Vendors must adhere to specific invoice submission requirements, including sending triplicate invoices to APInvoices@dart.org with detailed line-item information such as purchase order number, item descriptions, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals.
While specific set-aside designations are not explicitly detailed in the provided documentation, the procurement appears open to qualified vendors who can meet DART's stringent terms and conditions. The purchase order terms include important certifications, such as commitment to equal opportunity employment and non-involvement with foreign terrorist organizations. Legal jurisdiction for any disputes is explicitly set in Dallas County, Texas, with all legal matters governed by Texas state law. Payment terms are consistently stated as Net 30, with invoices processed 30 days from receipt of either the invoice or the order, whichever occurs later. Though a specific contract value is not specified in the available documents, vendors should be prepared to provide comprehensive pricing that includes all associated delivery and freight expenses. The procurement appears designed to secure critical transit vehicle components, suggesting potential ongoing or replacement needs for DART's existing transportation infrastructure.
