Juki sewing machine

The state of Virginia, specifically Lee County, has issued a procurement opportunity for two Juki sewing machines, with Contract ID 688ca5b351de8093050fad94. The procurement requires a vendor to deliver, set up, and provide comprehensive training on two Juki model LU-156ON machines. This opportunity was posted on July 28, 2025, with a critical submission deadline of July 31, 2025, which represents a very short window for potential vendors to respond. The primary objective appears to be acquiring specialized sewing equipment with full installation and operational training included. Vendors must demonstrate capabilities in machine delivery, precise setup procedures, and the ability to conduct thorough training on the specific Juki model. While detailed evaluation criteria are not explicitly stated, vendors will likely be assessed on their technical expertise, ability to meet the tight timeline, and capacity to provide complete machine deployment and training services.

No specific set-aside designations or restrictions on vendor types were explicitly mentioned in the procurement documentation. The contract appears to be open to qualified vendors with appropriate sewing machine technology and training capabilities. Given the specialized nature of the Juki LU-156ON model, vendors will need demonstrated experience with industrial sewing equipment and training protocols. While no specific budget range was provided, the procurement involves two machines with comprehensive setup and training, suggesting a moderate-value contract. The procurement is limited to Lee County, Virginia, which may influence the pool of potential respondents. Interested vendors should carefully review the full procurement details and be prepared to rapidly respond given the extremely compressed timeline between posting and submission deadline.
