Federally funded portions are subject to Davis-Bacon Act prevailing wage standards (for construction-related work exceeding $2,000), Equal Employment Opportunity provisions, and Contract Work Hours and Safety Act requirements.
Pricing must be submitted as a single, fixed unit price without escalation clauses, accurate to two decimal points, and remain firm for ninety days from bid submission and throughout the initial contract term and any renewals. Payment follows receipt, acceptance, and proper invoicing, with the Florida Prompt Payment Act applicable.
All bidders and subcontractors must be registered in the County's Vendor Self Service (VSS) system prior to contract finalization. The questions deadline is October 15, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Palm Beach County time. Bids are submitted to 50 South Military Trail, Suite 110, West Palm Beach, Florida 33415-3199.
