Optional customization includes silkscreen imprinting of "MAINE GAME WARDEN" on jacket back in black lettering, badge tab attachment on front left chest, and departmental patch application to each sleeve at shoulder height; the department will supply patches for sewing. Mustang Survival provides a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase, excluding products deemed to have received excessive or abusive use.

All bidders must complete and submit a State Purchasing Code of Conduct Affidavit signed before a notary public, certifying compliance with applicable wage, health, labor, environmental, and safety laws, human rights standards, and legal guarantees of freedom of association. The affidavit must identify the complete physical location of all plants where garments are assembled. The completed affidavit must be faxed to Sue Garcia at 207-287-6578 no later than the bid opening date and time.

Bids must be sealed or submitted electronically to the Division of Purchases, Room 119, 9 State House Station, State Office Building, Augusta, Maine. Unit prices must exclude Federal and Maine State Sales and Use taxes. All transportation charges shall be prepaid and borne by the contractor.
