The exterior run includes chain-link fencing with plexiglass doors, glass-lined dog boxes, and poly decking. Installation occurs Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at 2900 (Sheriff's Office location) with ground leveling required prior to installation.

Quotes must include all charges for delivery and installation in the unit price and be submitted typed or in ink via email, fax, or hand delivery to the Purchasing Division. Vendors must provide three references for similar projects, product specifications or cut sheets (with samples available upon request at vendor expense within seven business days), a completed E-Verify affidavit, and a Certification of Non-Collusion. Best rating A-10 or higher. Successful vendors must obtain a Sheriff's Office contractor ID. The County is exempt from federal excise tax and Georgia sales tax; vendors are responsible for all applicable taxes on incorporated materials.
