No set-aside designations or restrictions limiting eligibility to specific types of organizations are identified in the procurement documents. Bidders must provide unit pricing that is firm and fixed for the contract duration, with any list price reductions or more favorable pricing offered to other customers to be immediately extended to the county at the same terms. The contract term runs from the effective date until October 30, 2026, when all deliveries and invoices must be completed. All bidders must agree to the county's Supplier Agreement incorporating ARPA funding terms and conditions. The estimated quantities listed are for bidding purposes only and may be adjusted based on actual project needs.
