Pricing submissions must include separate hourly rates for licensed plumbers and helpers across four categories: standard business hours (7:00 AM-5:00 PM), emergency/overtime hours (5:00 PM-7:00 AM), weekends, and holidays, with all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supplies provided by the contractor.

Insurance requirements include Commercial General Liability coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence, Commercial Automobile Liability of $1,000,000 combined single limit, and Umbrella/Excess Liability of $2,000,000 aggregate, with the City named as an additional insured on all policies. This procurement includes subcontracting goals requiring minority-owned business enterprise (MBE) participation at 3.68% and women-owned business enterprise (WBE) participation at 3.30% for all work performed.
