The project budget does not exceed $1 million. Bids require a bid bond or cashier's check for 5 percent of the total maximum bid price. Payment, performance, and maintenance bonds are due within ten business days of award, and a one-year parts and labor warranty runs from closeout. Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise specified. The estimated Notice to Proceed is December 1, 2026, with all work completed before March 1, 2027, to allow system reactivation for the Spring 2027 season.
