IRJCF 02. 19. 2025 Wood 12 Pocket Magazine Rack Wall-Mount Vertical

The state of Ohio has issued a procurement opportunity for vertical wood 12-pocket magazine racks, specifically designed for unit installations. The contract, identified by the unique ID 67b665c165b5a5f31701a632, was posted on February 19, 2025, with proposals due by March 5, 2025. The procurement appears to be focused on acquiring standardized wall-mounted magazine storage solutions, likely for institutional or governmental settings such as correctional facilities, educational institutions, or administrative offices. Vendors interested in responding to this opportunity must carefully review the specifications and ensure their proposed magazine racks meet the exact requirements of a 12-pocket, vertically-oriented wood design. Key deliverables will include the precise manufacturing and delivery of these magazine racks to specified Ohio state locations, with potential requirements for uniform quality, dimensional accuracy, and durability.

While specific set-aside designations are not explicitly detailed in the provided information, Ohio state contracts often include provisions for minority-owned, women-owned, or disadvantaged business enterprises. The procurement appears to be a straightforward product acquisition without complex integration requirements. No incumbent vendor information or existing infrastructure details are currently available in the documentation. The procurement does not specify a precise budget range or total contract value, which suggests potential variability based on the volume of magazine racks required. Interested vendors should anticipate potential volume-based pricing structures and be prepared to demonstrate manufacturing capabilities, product quality, and competitive pricing for the specified wood magazine rack units.
