The CDPH intends to award the contract to DIQUAD, LLC as the lowest cost bidder, subject to a five-business-day appeal period following the notice of intent to award. Potential bidders must possess a California Contractor License and meet specific qualifications related to radiation device evaluation and screening capabilities. Contractors will be compensated based on per-screening tool kit pricing, with rates structured across the contract's four-year term. Proposers seeking to challenge the award must follow the specific guidance outlined in IFB #24-10405 Section C.6, with the understanding that the notice does not constitute a binding commitment by the State of California or the Department of Public Health.
