About this opportunity
The City of Tampa, Florida is requesting quotes for inventory gauges under RFQ 26-P-00548, with quotes due October 6, 2026. The solicitation covers twenty-four line items of pressure gauges and related equipment across various types, pressure ratings, dial sizes, connection types, and materials—including chlorine gauges, Ashcroft gauges, WIKA gauges, and gauge guards—with quantities ranging from two to four units per item.
Award will be made on a one-year period basis. The City reserves the right to award by division, line item, or aggregate total. Vendors submitting quotes for all line items are eligible for consideration by aggregate total; alternate product quotations require detailed specification and equivalency documentation, with final determination by the City.
Delivery must occur within five business days of order receipt, with shipments restricted to weekdays between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. All shipping, handling, and freight charges must be included in quoted prices. Quotes must be firm and fixed, submitted electronically through OpenGov, and cannot be amended after bid opening. All vendors must provide proof of insurance prior to award and comply with E-Verify employment verification requirements. Payment will be made approximately thirty days after receipt and acceptance of materials and correct invoices.
Vendors must comply with applicable federal and state laws, the City of Tampa Code of Ordinances, Florida Public Records Law, and the City's Ethics Code. The City reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all quotes and to increase or decrease quantities. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
