The contract opportunity was posted on April 18, 2016, with a relatively short response window, closing on April 25, 2016. No specific set-aside designations or enterprise restrictions are explicitly mentioned in the provided contract opportunity details. The documentation does not indicate preferences for disadvantaged business enterprises or specific vendor qualifications beyond the installation services requirement.
