The contractor must provide 25-year power-output warranties on modules, 10-year warranties on inverters, and minimum 5-year workmanship warranties. All monitoring systems remain operational and accessible to the County post-completion. Cayuga County retains sole ownership and is responsible for operation and maintenance following commissioning.
