All removed materials shall be stored on-site unless ONWASA approves removal. Work must conform to applicable state and local codes. The contractor shall coordinate with James Arnold, Treatment Facilities Supervisor, and submit descriptions of any additional work discovered during inspection to jarnold@onwasa.com before proceeding. ONWASA will award to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder based on price, methodology, quality, performance, and ability to meet the completion schedule. Questions are due October 30, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
