The contract term is one year with four optional annual renewals. The County anticipates award on August 7, 2026, with contract negotiations August 7–21 and notice to proceed issued August 21. Pricing must be net 30 days with clear itemization by container type, monthly service fees, and all surcharges identified. No bonding is required. Proposals are evaluated on responsiveness, relevant experience, operational capability, service approach, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, references, and cost competitiveness, each weighted equally at 16.7 percent.
