The successful vendor(s) will be required to provide these services 24/7 at various DJJ facilities across Kentucky, including residential treatment centers, detention centers, and group homes. The initial contract term is from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, with options to renew for up to two additional two-year periods. Proposals are due by June 12, 2023 at 2:00pm EST and will be evaluated based on technical (up to 1000 points), cost (up to 800 points), and potential oral demonstration/presentation (up to 200 points) criteria. Vendors must accept Medicaid rates and be willing to serve all offender types, with DJJ covering any non-eligible youth.
