Services will be provided during business hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding State holidays. A mandatory site inspection is scheduled for May 28, 2026 at 12:00 p.m., written questions must be submitted by June 1, 2026, bids are due June 4, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. with bid opening at 2:30 p.m., and the estimated award date is June 11, 2026. This procurement includes a five percent (5%) Small Business or Micro Business preference with a maximum preference cap of $50,000, and a five percent (5%) Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) incentive for verified DVBE participation at 100%. The contractor must submit itemized invoices monthly in triplicate in arrears and provide a Certificate of Insurance within 10 working days of award notification. Certified payroll records must accompany each invoice submission. No subcontracting is permitted under this agreement.
