Payment bond requirements apply if the bid exceeds $25,000, and comprehensive insurance coverage including general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation is required, with Caltrans named as additional insured. The contractor will be responsible for a one-year warranty period following contract completion, with all repairs and corrective work required within 72 hours of notification at no additional cost.
