The contract term runs from August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2028, with the Authority holding an option to extend for an additional twelve months. Bidders must submit pricing on a per-acre basis for each county, with all rates including personnel, livestock, labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and incidentals. A DVBE participation incentive of 3 to 5 percent is available during evaluation. Written questions are due June 24, 2026 at 3:00 p.m., with responses released by June 29.
