Commodity processing items require Virginia approval and commodity-rebate eligibility.

Bidders must submit firm unit prices for each line item via the eVA platform. Deliveries must be consolidated at the School Nutrition Warehouse in Norfolk, Virginia, with 24-hour advance notice required. Bids must propose even-pallet or full-pallet quantities. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with consideration given to quality, experience, references, and prompt-payment discounts. Commercial General Liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence is required. E-Verify participation is mandatory for employers with more than 50 employees.
