About this opportunity
The Clarke County School District (CCSD) is soliciting competitive bids for the sale of surplus computer equipment and technology department materials through Invitation for Bids (IFB) #26-0401. All bids must be submitted via email to the same contact no later than 11:00 AM EDT on April 1, 2026. The CCSD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive technicalities or irregularities, and award based on the district's best interests, with final results requiring presentation to the CCSD Board of Education for action.
No set-aside designations, minority business enterprise requirements, disadvantaged business enterprise preferences, or organizational restrictions are specified in the provided documentation for this procurement opportunity. No incumbent vendors, current contractors, or existing infrastructure integration requirements are identified. No award value, budget range, or estimated sale proceeds are disclosed in the available materials. Interested parties are directed to submit all inquiries regarding the bid exclusively through email communication with the Purchasing Department's Veronica Jackson, and all bid modifications or clarifications will be issued solely through written addenda from the CCSD Purchasing Department.
