IFB 25-16-TS Lee Hill Park Lighting Project

Stafford County, Virginia, is seeking competitive bids for the Lee Hill Park Lighting Project through Invitation for Bid (IFB) 25-16-TS, a procurement opportunity posted on March 12, 2025, with proposals due by March 26, 2025. This project appears to be a public infrastructure improvement initiative focused on lighting installation or upgrades at Lee Hill Park. While specific technical details are limited in the provided documentation, the procurement suggests a comprehensive lighting system project that will likely require specialized electrical and park infrastructure expertise. Potential bidders should carefully review the full solicitation documents to understand precise technical specifications, installation requirements, and performance standards. Interested contractors must submit comprehensive proposals that demonstrate technical capability, relevant experience with municipal park lighting projects, and compliance with all local government procurement regulations.

The procurement documentation does not explicitly indicate specific set-aside designations or vendor restrictions. However, given the municipal nature of the project, there may be standard local preferences for small, minority-owned, or local businesses that would be detailed in the complete bid package. Without additional context, it is not possible to determine precise budgetary allocations or potential award values for this lighting project. Prospective bidders should anticipate preparing detailed cost proposals that demonstrate competitive pricing, technical competence, and the ability to complete the park lighting installation within expected timelines. Careful review of the full IFB documentation will be critical to understanding any potential integration requirements with existing park infrastructure or technological systems.
