The scope of work includes two semi-annual steam cleanings of the parking lots at the CHP Conejo Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF) Northbound and Southbound locations in Ventura County and Fresno County. The IFB outlines detailed requirements for the services to be performed, including qualifications such as valid licenses, DIR registration, and insurance coverage. The bid submission deadline is August 29, 2024, with a proposed contract start date of November 1, 2024 or upon approval, for a term of 3 years. The award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest cost after application of any eligible preferences or incentives.

While the Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation requirement is waived, the IFB includes a DVBE incentive program. Bidders can claim small/micro business, non-small business subcontractor, and DVBE incentives which will be applied to the bid evaluation. The IFB does not specify any existing incumbent vendors or current contractors, and the available budget range is not provided.
