The scope encompasses HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, floor coverings, electrical, and roofing repairs across nine single-family properties. Maximum budgets are $20,000 for standard housing repair and urgent repair projects and $40,000 to $50,000 for HOME Project repairs depending on lead-based paint presence. The project is funded through the 2023–2025 Biennium Appropriation of the North Carolina General Assembly State Grant. Pricing must include all overhead and profit. Projects must begin within 60 days of RFP opening. Written questions are due June 11, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., with responses provided by June 15, 2026.
