The contractor must maintain Workers' Compensation insurance, Commercial General Liability ($2 million per occurrence), Automobile Liability ($1 million), and Pollution Legal Liability/Errors and Omissions ($1 million per occurrence / $2 million aggregate). The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Contract approval is tentatively scheduled for August 25, 2026, with services beginning September 1, 2026. A second optional event may occur on a Saturday between September 1 and November 30, 2027, contingent upon available funds.
