About this opportunity
The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting bids for a Hose Assembly for Air Motor Truck Bolster Small (Procurement ID: 2099153) through a purchase order procurement process. The opportunity is open to vendors in Dallas County, Texas, and the submission deadline is May 12, 2026, with a posting date of May 5, 2026. The procurement requires vendors to provide the specified hose assembly component with all deliverables subject to DART's comprehensive Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. Vendors must submit bids reflecting FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs fully included in the overall price, and delivery timelines are identified as critical with strict adherence to specified schedules required. Invoices must be submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org and include the purchase order number, item number, description, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. Payment terms are Net 30, calculated from either 30 days after invoice receipt or 30 days after order receipt, whichever is later. The evaluation criteria emphasize compliance with delivery schedules, pricing competitiveness, and adherence to all contractual terms and conditions outlined in DART's standard procurement documentation.
The solicitation document does not indicate specific set-asides for disadvantaged enterprises or restrictions limiting participation to particular organization types, suggesting the opportunity is open to all qualified vendors meeting DART's standard requirements. Vendors must comply with equal employment opportunity regulations, certify that they are not identified on the Texas Comptroller's foreign terrorist organization list, and verify that neither they nor their affiliates boycott Israel. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in the available documentation, and the specific budget allocation or award value for this procurement is not disclosed in the posted materials. All disputes arising from this procurement are governed by Texas law with venue in Dallas County. Interested vendors should access the complete BidTable and project details through the BONFIRE registration system by initiating the "Prepare Your Submission" process to review full specifications and submit their bids prior to the May 12, 2026 deadline.
